Installation: Each large solar inverter cover comes with comprehensive installation instructions. The package includes four main cover pieces, bolts, screws for assembly, and wall screws for mounting. Simply assemble the cover pieces using the provided hardware, insert screws into the wall at your chosen location, and mount the large solar inverter cover securely.

Well thought out design that accommodates conduit on both sides. Assembly hardware is excellent and meant to last. I have stucco and used toggle bolts. Overall design and quality surpassed my expectations. It is however very deep and for my setup and many other install I see the depth could be 3 to 4 inches less. I highly recommend this product to add years to my invertor. I live in Phoenix and the summer sun is brutal.

I looked at knocking up something myself to improve protection for my inverter, but why would bother when there is such a great product available and at a very competitive price?
Packed well with no damage and looks good beside meterbox. I bought this to cover a Sigenergy Single phase gateway. Although its a bit snug width ways, can still access latches to open gateway door.
The cover assembles and installs easily and will likely function as intended. I do wish a longer version was offered. This standard cover size has a length of 26inches and my inverter is 35in. The larger version would have just covered more empty space on the sides so I went with the standard. Can easily recommend

My poor Inverter 6 years in the sun and rain! I never knew it had to be covered. And it's perfect! Covers the inverter and isolaters. Easy to assemble but the retaining screws were a bit small, I drilled larger holes and used bigger screws. Great Product delivered promptly

Do your covers suit my solar inverter, battery or my space?
Our solar inverter covers are designed to suit most solar inverters. Please check your solar inverter dimensions and compare them with the inverter cover dimensions found on the product page before making a purchase. When reviewing the inverter or battery cover dimensions, you should try to maintain a minimum clearance between the cover and your inverter or battery of 30mm. This is to allow for airflow and heat dissipation.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed the same day with delivery dates varying according to your location. Once you order has been booked for collection, you will receive a tracking email that includes an estimated delivery date. We have standard and express delivery options to choose from during checkout. Standard delivery can take anywhere from two up to nine days depending on your location. Express delivery can take 1-4 days depending on your location.
How much does postage cost?
Postage varies depending on the product and how many of them you order. For solar inverter covers and our universal battery cover, the postage cost is a flat $40 across Australia for one and $75 for two. For Tesla Powerwall covers, the postage cost is $75 for one cover and $115 for two covers.
How can I access my inverter or battery once the cover is installed?
Our inverter covers have a front panel that can be opened. To view your inverter, simply remove the thumb screws at the bottom of the front panel. Lift the front panel for easy access to your inverter.
Our battery covers use a 'key-hole' design on each leg where it attaches to your wall. To access your inverter all you need to do is lift and pull the cover so that the mounting screws pass through the key-hole on each leg. This allows you to remove the entire cover for easy access.
Do you make custom size covers?
No we do not make custom size covers. Instead we design our covers to suit most solar inverters and most batteries. If you have a special project in mind that requires a larger volume of covers then we are able to tailor our current designs to suit your needs.
Can solar inverters be installed outside? Can solar batteries be installed outside?
Yes. All solar inverters and solar batteries are designed be installed outside. At minimum these products come with IP65 ratings which meansthe product has the highest level of dust protection, and is able to withstand low-pressure water jets from all directions. In addition to this though, nearly all manufacturers state that your inverter or battery must be installed protected from direct sunlight. Can you cover a solar inverter? Can you cover a solar battery?
Yes. As long as the inverter has sufficient space to allow the internal fan of your inverter to continue cooling then your inverter can be covered. A fully enclosed cover will not allow your inverter to keep itself cool. Our covers are designed to allow enough space for internal cooling as well as space for electrical switches and conduits. After speaking to many of the big inverter manufacturers, the general recommendation is to maintain at least 30mm between the cover and the inverter or battery. You should also use your own discretion as to what is suitable for your own particular installation as every home is different.
Do I really need a solar inverter cover? Do I really need a battery cover?
Adding a solar inverter cover or battery cover will extend the life of your system. If your inverter or battery is installed in direct sunlight or is exposed to rain we recommend adding a cover. The best place to have your solar inverter or battery installed is inside in the garage. But that isn't always possible. When your solar is installed outside, we've got you covered.
Can you install my cover?
No we do not install your cover for you. Anyone confident with hand tools such as a handyman will be able to install our covers in 10-15 minutes. We provide very clear and easy to follow instructions with every cover showing you how to assemble and install it. In most applications you'll only need a drill for mounting on your wall and one or two small hand tools assembling the cover.
